Management Bio
Red Giant Consulting was founded by Tamara Gruber in 2003. Over the past 15 years, Tamara has managed marketing functions for hardware and software companies, targeting enterprise, consumer, Telco, and reseller customers.
As Vice President of Marketing for Scan Mobile, a wireless application provider, Tamara launched wireless applications including games, shopping, and ticketing with mobile network operators worldwide. Prior to Scan, Tamara served as Director of Marketing for Broadbeam Corporation, a wireless enterprise application platform provider. While at Broadbeam, Tamara built the marketing department from ground up and relaunched the company. Tamara has also held marketing management roles with Kyocera Electronics, a laser printer manufacturer, and Micro Central, a computer hardware and software distributor.
An accomplished writer, Tamara is the author of numerous thought leadership articles for trade publications and web portals, has written visionary profiles for Field Force Automation magazine, and was a significant contributor to Wireless Data for the Enterprises: Making Sense of Wireless Business. Tamara received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Rowan University and her MBA from LaSalle University.
